    • Just show up. No appointment needed.
    • Please attend ONE audition session only
    • Callbacks by invitation on Feb. 11. Will include readings from the script.

<u>Audition Process</u>. Please prepare a two-minute comedic monologue, preferably, but not necessarily, from a Shakespearean comedy. If you do not have a prepared monologue you’ll be given a side from the script to read. A British accent will not be required. Focus your energy on the text and don’t worry about the accent. If cast, you’ll be working with a dialogue coach.

Fairies/dancers will be asked to follow some basic dance instructions from the choreographer. If you plan to dance, please wear or bring appropriate shoes.

Rehearsals start immediately Please bring a current resume and headshot with you, if you have one, to be used by MCP on your audition form. If you do not have a headshot, we will take a picture.

Please see MCP’s website (http://www.McLeanPlayers.org) for character descriptions, more information about the audition process, and an audition form.  MCP is an all-volunteer organization.  There is no pay for performers.
